In order to attain success, a media product must be or have these five features involved in its marketing or relaying to the public: easy access/difficult escape. Hard for some to avoid this bombardment. Song is played incessantly and gets stuck in peoples" heads. Some things are relayed to us via many media forms. Movie comes out with a soundtrack, which has a music video and single on the radio, then a line of books comes out, then a video game. Some even turn into a tv series/vice versa. Catchy names/slogans/ad jingles: enhancement of our reality. Escape the troubles and stress of our own reality for a brief time to become immersed in someone else"s. Pushes the borders of reality to make it believable, yet far-fetched. Everything being tied up at the end of a crime novel. Throngs of girls on one guy in a music video. Video games without the element of crime/law.
