Implied solution: make sure not too specific, constraining the design space, (cid:498)client"s best guess at the answer(cid:499) However, don"t use this, leave the design space broad: presumptions about situation. May be inaccurate because users/clients do not understand the entire situation: avoid bias, especially towards particular solutions. Errors: incorrect information, faulty or incomplete data, simple mistakes. Users: detailed outcome, what should come out of the solution, from perspective of user and client, open design space.
