Sandy couldn"t get the coin out from grocery cart and found it embarrassing. Since then, used her own cart from home. Engineers wanted to help her with this problem. Explored a lot of ideas and let sandy try out the different prototypes until they slowly came up tithe the final product. Meaning and usability play a significant role in the final design, not just functionally. Most creative idea was an insight about the client. Moved from low-fidelity, to medium-fidelity, to high -fidelity prototype.
