The task that needs to be completed is setting up as well as executing a successful catering for function. Regarding setup, all the proper equipment needs to be loaded into a cube van for transport. Food must be prepped and cooked so it is ready and on time. All the proper equipment includes dishes, utensils, hot holding, napkins, etc. Equipment required has to meet specific size criteria in order to be as efficient and best presented as possible. Other tools and equipment such as garbage cans, bags, and aprons must be loaded onto the cube van. Propane tanks must be filled up and also loaded onto the van. The event starts at a specific time and finishes at a specific time. To meet the time constraints, a schedule must be developed to remain organized. The cube van must arrive at the event a certain amount of time before hand to setup before it begins.
