Wage differentiation began, skilled workers started making 4x the wages of unskilled workers. Sunday was no longer a day of rest, machines were never turned off, you"d have a rotating day off (monday one day, tuesday next week etc. ) Prison sentences introduced for labour discipline on the railroads.
