Industrialization fundamentally transformed the world in short time period considered revolutionary, the changes happened over decades unlike the political revolutions which took days. Process of replacing humans with machine power had its beginning from ancient times, it was in the 18th century that the first major leaps forward in industrialization took place. It was in britain that the process was mostly highly accelerated. The british head-start in industrialization may be attributed to the emergence of a number of simultaneous factors, both geographically and cultural. We need to understand the agricultural and commercial changes that had occurred in. Britain over the course of the 17th and 18th centuries that underpinned their industrial revolution.
