Aging as an embodied social and personal process. None focus explicitly on what it means to experience embodied aging. The role of body, mind and spirit are often left out of the discussion of these early theories. According to laz, when we think of the aging body, the focus tends to be on the body or what activities the body is engaged in. We focus on the physical body due to naturalistic or biological understandings of the aging body.
