They need to manage /change altering medication as the medical landscape quickly alters and requires a fast response. Sequencing of drugs what to take when. Distrust = advertisement, complementary medicine, greed and death. Pwa approach things with their eyes wide open distrusting of some professionals, authorities and big pharma. Pharmaceutical companies advertisements may misrepresent benefits of drugs, under- represent potential dangers: meds overpriced, more transparency required on the part of big pharma. The goal is not only to survive aids but to thrive. Renewed community attitude necessary to succeed and to be an inclusive society with regard to aids. Three forces interconnecting separate communities (encourage spreading of disease) Notes the need to respond to the overlapping global experiences around the world.
