Pain is not simple to measure; many mental symptoms are associated with pain. Parts of east asia, depression associated with back pain, stomach (physical) Treatment for mental health is also often physical treatment such as drugs which will physically act on mental illness or lobotomy, insulin-chemotherapy, ect: hr, respiration, nervous system may all reflect mental phenomena. Despite the links between body and mind, physical state cannot necessarily give an indication of (cid:373)e(cid:374)tal health; (cid:272)a(cid:374)"t use (cid:271)lood tests, (cid:271)rai(cid:374) tests et(cid:272) to diag(cid:374)ose: whether tense shoulders or shortness of breath can be used. Myriad of explanations for these things so hard to use: thus self-report is often relied upon, mental health is almost entirely self-reported; great importance of self-perception. Whe(cid:374) (cid:449)e sa(cid:455) (cid:862)(cid:373)e(cid:374)tal health(cid:863) (cid:449)e are referri(cid:374)g to feeli(cid:374)gs, thoughts, (cid:272)og(cid:374)itio(cid:374) a(cid:374)d self-concept, not about cause and not about treatment but mostly about how a person experiences it or how it presents itself.
