Person-centred: generally refers to interactions in visits, may be episode related, generally views body systems as distinct, evolution of patients" diseases. Engage with the patient to get values, beliefs. Patient-centred care system model: 3 components, structure --> process --> outcomes. Structure: healthcare professional attributes, e. g. , their knowledge and expertise, inner personal skills, warm personality, some of these attributes help facilitate person-centred care, organizational aspects, having enough time to have a conversation, having a mix of skills.
