1. We will be kneeling and lying on the floor during this lab. For your own comfort,
bring a yoga/exercise mat (if you have access to one) and a small rolled towel.
2. Wear comfortable clothing so you can perform the lab skills.
3. Prepare to take notes and draw pictures. We will be modifying many of these
skills and you will need to draw these exercises in an exam.
4. Familiarize yourself with the exercises attached to the links provided. The websites
are a resource for you to use, but are not a substitution for class.
