Skeleton, muscle & nerves (develop in the order) Skeleton: develops from mesoderm layer or neural crest cells (some will form the bones of face) somites will make the ribs and skull. Myoblasts: a cell derived from the somites are early embryonic cells that develop into skeletal muscle fibers. Myoblasts will fuse together to form new cells (has multiple nuclei, and therefore the muscle fibre) When muscle fibre come together will create muscle. * all the protein are coming from dna. Nervous system: derived from neural tube and neural crest cells neural tube will create cns also the motor nerves. Mesoderm: blood vessels on the outside and blood cells on the inside. Two wall: outside becomes to blood vessels, inside becomes to blood cells. Expand and fuse forming the circulatory system. Endothelial will send a signal to mesoderm to where the heart location, start the develop. Signal will turn the tube into the heart (20 day)
