Prenatal development (fertilization to birth of the baby) Women notice pregnant during no. 4-6 week end of the second week to end of 8th week, organ systems develop develop the structure as a embryo all most all of the system are developing and forming. If something happen, system won"t develop fully: fetal period. All the main structure are formed, start growing. Clinical/medical events: date since last menstrual period (clinical age of unborn child) Refer to something not really happen inside. First day of last period = day 1. Post-ovulatory age (approximately 14 days less than clinical age)
