Not in keeping with free market ideology neo liberals believe in. Neo-liberal regimes tend to micromanage great deal in favour of employers. Usa: extreme examples of this: laws saying contract professors not paid for office hours in college. Both b. c. health services and education laws were created to deal with resistant unions. Education laws, 2012 struggle between b. c. government and teachers unions another example of common neoliberal kind of laws. Gave admin of labour to deem any public sector workers as essential services.
