A process from the 60 & 70th century by which peasants were kicked off their land. They were pushed off their land in many ways. Pushed off the land they leased or owned and the common lands. Common lands - community owned lands, critical to the survival of the poor to meet their ba- sic needs. 30 million people lost their homes 2008-2009. Some refused to sell their bodies for wages and tried to get by through family networks. In 1530 a law passed in england stopped people from begging on the street.
