Rock and roll was a term that was originated by alan freed. Rock is roll was a new style of music targeted at young teenagers. Part of the new baby boom that swept the nation. He was born into a poor family. He had a very supportive mother who tried to keep the family happy. Elvis lived in a house were he was exposed to different culture; went to black and white churches. He loved black appeal radio and loved tpa(dean markham?) Elvis had a twin brother but died in childbirth(how different would rock n roll be if elvis"s twin brother was still alive?) There"s no doubt that elvis was a very talented and influential rock n roll star. People like little richard had an influence on elvis presley"s music. Everything we learned so far revolves around how elvis presley"s career got launched.
