Mental health: mental health can be conceptualized as a state of well-being in which the individual: Can cope with normal stresses of life. Is able to make a contribution to his or her community. Themes in mental health: intimacy/distance, agression/non-agression, dependence/ non-dependance, acting out/emptiness, being present, creating boundaries.
