Conflict and violence: the relationship between conflict and violence (genocide, non-violent conflicts (mlk, prevention and management of violence, conflicts could be managed in a non-violent way. Interference in communication: violence, loss of group cohesion, loss of resources/priorities, sense of defeat, dominance, aggression, ego, positive outcomes, change, innovation, challenge, creativity, problem solved. Positive functions of conflict: the social functions of conflict, social change, assert rights, ex. Person"s case: sometimes it"s the right thing to do, conflict management and positive functions.
