Point being made: activist view point that corporate leaders have a role in shaping culture. Actively seeking out a diverse environment can come at the expense of those who do not fit or want that environment, we may try to attempt to actively try to create that profile. T(cid:449)o (cid:449)ro(cid:374)gs do(cid:374)"t (cid:373)ake a right, (cid:271)ut if they are for it, say that they ha(cid:448)e to (cid:272)orre(cid:272)t (cid:271)iases of various implicit biases. Diverse leadership leads to better outcomes = different perspectives. Entire demographic that was not tapped into tin the market. Generates more money/profit and do better by being diverse. Need to make sure that all have the same opportunity. Can happen but cannot guarantee quality of outcome. People will be naturally predisposed to different things. Due to culture, root causes, how they are socialized.
