We have dealt with the neurodivergent in a variety of ways. We look at how you re functioning and how you re productive. The dynamic in the asylum is a power dynamic, similar to the state and sovereignty. When we read something like the birth of the asylum, we think that the power that we see in the asylum is a power that very rarely, if ever, touches our own lives. This dynamic isn t over there there s a boomerang effect. We re all produced as sane in the same way the madman is produced as mad. Rationalism is produced in the asylum and other places where we take people who fall below the line and make them accountable. 150: solitary confinement with everyone around him ignoring him! 152: mirror technique you re first taught to see madness in others, so then you police yourself and are forced to see it in yourself.
