How you interpret the information is important: creativity, may not be able to do all points but do the most important ones. Anything important should be on one page. Interested in ho to make the government run properly at the top. Used by stephen harper when he was pm. A way to deny public servants direct access to ministers. A huge burden for the minister when there are many conflicting views. Those selected to the senate are suppose to be independent however public views that they have political bias and are more liberal in views. Expectations of the process and what they --- The worse thing to happen is to be surprise during the process. Policy in ministry is consistent with the broad goals of government. Departmental policy is consistent with ministerial objectives and mandate.
