Upswing in collaboraing ngo"s because feeling of problems let unsolved ater wwii. A large porion of ngo"s are industry/trade/industrial groups ("98) o. Economic or link to gov"t aciviies in one way are more prominent. Ability for anyone can join of chose to. Individuals are invited to paricipate, not always the case. The raions character of ingos is evident in their purposive orientaion, formalized structures and atenion to procedures. Many have a vision of progress that they are moving towards. See themselves as involved in creaing a global community in ways. Seems to be a ipping point of where aitudes change. Creaivity that goes into experiment with diferent framings. Works with properies of issue or industry o o o o. Targeing inance is harder b/c not all will understand the speciics (jargon etc. ) Interacion between public authority and ngo"s is important. Some can strategically work with these diferences or be afected by them.
