Spatial and verbal components of the act of recall (brooks 1968) Either say yes or no or point up and down. Noun and non-noun discrimination of a sentence. Verbal processing is a task specific resource. It is much easier to point up and down because this is a different process. Tracing the block letter f, have to remember spatial information in your head.
