Health care: if you have young person that come to see you, and they got symptoms and it might seem like sti (sexual transmitted infection). So you ask, but patient denies because the young person does not consider what they have done is sex. So, wrong info can be transferred and therefore wrong diagnosis, because wrong info is received. Would you say you had sex if ? (sanders & reinisch 1999) Recruited 600 university students to fill out question had sex, if? . They were given questions and had to say yes or no. All significant data so giving and receiving data has been collapsed. It has been replicated to two western cultures. Mostly white and 200 people , 60% females. Mostly white and 160 people with 63% females. Very low percent considers deep french kissing as having sex. Very low percent considers contact with breast or any sort considers as having sex.
