Want to understand the person as he/she lives their lives, we all live in different perceptual world: choice, creativity and self-realization are the concerns of the humanistic psychologist. People need to recognize life involves making choices, want to help people make people make good choices. Coming to know yourself and growing into potentials releases the creative potential we all have. Have to realize who you are: only personally and socially signi cant problems should be studied.
