Human body is made up of four substances (humours) People get sick when one of those humours is present in excess. Blood and phlegm are the only two that you can reduce from the outside, can"t do anything about black or yellow bile. Said that some people are born with excess. Four basic personality types depending on what humours you were born with or had. Sanguine: someone who is easy going, optimistic. Phlagmatic slow, easy going, difficult to rouse. Say little about development, born with positions along trait developments. Personality = action and interaction of psychic structures. Behaviour = interaction between biology and experience. Personality = manifestation of self, inner unity. Stress positive motivation and reaching of full potential. People only do bad things when they are barred from becoming who they are destined to be. Interested in releasing the full potential of human beings. Interested in understanding each individual person, not as a group.
