Dimensional approaches: aggressive behaviour, rule-breaking behaviour. Males: aggression more overt, aggression is straight up ex. punching and fighting. Intent to harm or do harm to others: ex. hitting, pushing, or threatening behaviours. Intentionally and repeatedly causing fear, distress, or harm to someone who has difficulty defending themselves. Pattern: emerges in preschool, peaks during grades 6-8.
