Is an outcome of large-scale social phenomena: orphan or widow caused by natural disasters or war, there are also more widows ever before. Something that is vital to us, it doesn"t really have to be associated with that. It is a fact that it increase vulnerability and stress, although bereavement cause stress in our lives, it is important to learn from this and apply it within our experience. Grief is the reaction to loss, encompassing thoughts and feelings, as well as physical, behavioural and spiritual responses.
