Setting: let go of biases surrounding a perfect group setting. Having our group as a part of a group makes you facilitate it differently. How you facilitate a group is going to feel different with a teacher, than how you would feel in a student wellness centre. Size size of group will impact your facilitation style (5-7 would be perfect for our class groups, however we have 15) Time limits these groups go by very fast, important to have a balance (know the ideas you have and what you want to talk about as you facilitate) Group dynamics knowing that dynamics that may exist externally will exist within your group and may impact it. 2 of you will facilitate in your group for half an hour every week. Behaviours or activities that help the group achieve its purpose and accomplish its task, and help members achieve their personal goals (toseland & rivas, 2013, p. 110)
