The work of the ews started to be re-introduce them into the history of sociology. This occurred in the second wave of feminism in the 60s. Decade of the women"s movement and other social movements were really pushing for social change. During a decade marked by social conflict. It has continued up to the present, this work is ongoing, it has been difficult. Difficult to reintroduce ews as there are so many that has been marginalized. Incomplete records on the ews, lived 100 years ago, the historical records were destroyed to compplete erase them form history. Born in 1802 and she was at the time the 6th 8 children, her father was a businessman, she was well off. She had a liberal unitarian religious faith, as a result of the liberal religious background, there was a focus on education. The parents sought to give the same education as her brothers.
