Attitudes are (ibid): constructed, evaluations based on time, place or meaning or groups added to construction/beliefs, influenced by social location, standing, etc. , external factors, affect interaction or relations with others. If you"re in a fantastic mood/outlook, people want to gravitate towards you, your attitude is positive and people want to approach/hang out with you. Created based on meanings, construction and/or definitional processes, rooted in interaction with other social actors: our attitudes can be positive and negative(ibid) If we feel that cheating is wrong, it"s because we want to look at our beliefs, understanding of right versus wrong, if i cheated i would feel shameful, sad or angry social reaction: i will not cheat. I don"t want to feel shameful, sad or angry: beliefs inform our evaluations, our evaluations based on emotional response and then them formed together = our behavioural outcome. Influenced by fashion magazines, television shows, they start: old people playing high school students.
