The system by which artwork puts together its disparate events: narrative form, stylistic form. Style= the interrelation of distinct elements as an out form (medium) Film style: mise-en-scene, cinematographic properties, editing, sound- creates special problems have to be careful with sound and the images associated. Each category relates to the production or post production of making a film. Refers to that which is placed before the camera. Eg. actors, props, the set, costumes and lighting. Involves anything that is on the screen: lighting is included because the effects of lighting are seen on the screen and produced separately from the camera.
