A nurse can act to modify the environment and influence positive outcomes. A paradigm is a worldview- a way of looking at the world and the relationships within it. Metaparadigm describes a global way a professional discipline looks at the world. Person: subject to dynamic changes in understanding over time, human being , may be individuals, groups of people, families or communities, holism, distinct physical, psychological, social, spiritual, cultural, and developmental characteristics, relevance of context.
