One thing he focuses on is the need for housing for lower class. Housing, just like the cars, should be able to be mass-produced. The staircase on the exterior- he likes composition of volumes -> exterior stairs add to that. Also houses for upper classes as well: stein and savoye, but always have been thinking how to make it more comfortable => rooftop garden -> for circulation of air. Pilotis round columns without any decorations; striped a modern style.
