Lots of new projects, as new cities are being built from scratch. Rebuilding of cities, especially along the coast. Ephesos had two agoras, with one being almost strictly for the marketplace and one being for political buildings, connected by a walkway. Ephesos had temple and statue of artemis. Based on grid street patter, already known in previous periods, became an almost rule. Regular urban landscape feature monumental public spaces and buildings integrated into general urban fabric (better than classical period) Private spaces are larger and more ornate.
