Personality traits: characteristics on which people differ that are relatively stable across situations and over time. 2018-01-17: conscientiousness, high level: dependable, responsible, like to plan/set goals, low level: careless, impulsive, reactionary, openness to experience, high level: curious, original, creative, low level: uninquisitive, traditional, conventional. Strong situation: rules and expectations regarding what constitutes acceptable behaviour, and therefore it is harder to examine and identify the levels of each personality trait. Weak situation: people feel freer to behave how they feel comfortable rather than conforming to expected behaviours.
