Ignore political economy that underpins loyalty to the practice and the risks of not doing the practice: portra(cid:455) (cid:449)o(cid:373)e(cid:374) as (cid:448)i(cid:272)ti(cid:373)s of (cid:373)e(cid:374)(cid:859)s oppressio(cid:374, criminalize the practice, publically shame, cut off development aid, build a pleasure hospital. Not necessary when other hospitals are severely under funded and women are dying from child birth etc.
