(study of it, research of it, teaching of it, etc. ) Midpoint of the 15th century, roughly 1/6 of all humanity were first nations people. They controlled the majority of the exports of european traders. Historians regard fn of capable and key players. 125 000 fn compared to the 6000 french people yet it was referred to as new france. Social formation of which aboriginals lived was much different than how we live now.
