Wilkinson"s conclusion the rich developed societies have reached a turning point in human history. Politics should now be about the equality of social relations and how we can develop harmonious and sustainable societies. Climate change is the biggest global health threat of the 20th century. Climate change effects on health will exacerbate inequities between rich and change.
