Social injustice is killing people on a grand scale: solutions must change these. Internal factors: inadequate public health services and medical care, extreme poverty, discrimination, corrupt governments, failure to protect human rights. External factors: debt, trade barriers, export of hazardous goods, inadequate financial and technical assistance, high cost of medicine. Liberalization of trade: eliminating trade barriers, promotion of free trade.
