With the bedford case canada became the first country where the court system said no you cannot have these laws on prostitution. New zealand has made prostitution decriminalized through legislation. Sweden has made the selling of sex legal however the purchasers of sex can still be criminalized. The regulation of prostitution is a very difficult issue of prosecution there is no necessary right or wrong. There are many topics which plagued society tied up in prostitution.
