Posterior landmarks: upper lobes of the lungs are at the top and down to the 3rd rib after that is all lower lobes: vertebra promise one on c7 and one on t1. Spine process lines with ribs, so first rib is at t1: scapula. Lowe tip is at the 7th or 8th rib is usually.
