The final cause (telos) of x is the state which is best, most complete, for a thing of x-kind: the final cause of snake is the most complete, the greatest final state of maturity. The philosophy of a human person is a unified picture. Soul is not separated from the material body, it is indivisibly, inseparably bond up with the body. End point driven: vegetative, nutritive, nutrition, metabolisms, etc. How to live, how to behave: we have choices at crossroads of life, crowd of beings. We desire the bonds of friendship: what is good to do, and what is. Argument contradict plato: good is said in many different ways, different types of love : for family member, for pet, for stamp collection, the good is always relative to some end, what is a good car. Living a good life: the human form is rational and social/ political. If well organized, we can serve our final cause.
