If you do positive psychological reps more often, you will gain more positive muscle . & if you do negative psyc reps, you will gain more negative muscle. Positive psychology: the scientific & applied approach to uncovering ppls strengths/virtues & promoting their positive functioning. The scientific study of human flourishing an applied approach to optimal functioning. Think of yourself as nothing more than a machine that you need to put effort into maintaining to keep it running optimally. Treating yourself as an important person & believe in your value. Designed to compliment & not replace traditional psyc doesnt try to deny the importance of studying how things go wrong but to emphasize the importance of using the scientific method to determine how things go right.
