Religion can be defined as a specific fundamental set of beliefs and practices agreed upon by a number of persons or sects, . Faith requires a person to have confidence or trust in a belief. Due to this fact, each religion beliefs can be completely different and yet all correct at the same time. Since the prehistoric era, many individuals have held diverse religious practices as a major aspect of their cultural and social practices. Nevertheless, christianity and islam form the current leading religions which have majority of followers. The middle east is a significant historical region where it served as the birthplace for many cultures and religions such as christianity and. As they expanded from this region, both religions had a substantial impact on the course of history. However, christianity and islam have their similarities in religious beliefs and their differences in expansion between the two religions.
