Must have professional managers need to have these people. Networks matter here b/c just going with the existing people may not be good enough for your new products. Efficiency = producing output or achieving a goal at the lowest cost. Be careful about the cost b/c a lot of leakage can take place. Customers will buy something from you because it has value not because it"s cheap, it gives them what they are looking for. Do(cid:374)"t (cid:271)e too (cid:272)heap that (cid:272)usto(cid:373)e(cid:396)s lose t(cid:396)ust. Effectiveness = completing tasks and producing products that create the greatest value. Need to think about value at every stage.
