Institutional ideology: practices and policies of the body that owns and operates the treatment facility, support and remain loyal, question and challenge, be respectful, policies and rules are created to assist in making environment safe. Much like cultural safety: environment that is dedicated to be safe for children/youth to express freely without fear of rejection or ridicule.
