Allows multiple stakeholders to participate in taking charge of an issue or making decision. No one wants to see my work. I don"t have time to learn to be the best. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Fixed mindset thinkers tend to believe that talent is fixed, and that if you don"t demonstrate, you never will. You either have talent, or you don"t. And you won"t get talent no matter how hard you try. Growth mindset thinkers believe talent can be developed, and that failure is just an indication that more experience is necessary. To function creatively, we must practise the art of self-compassion.
