In a poll of 11 countries the majority of citizens said the world has become more dangerous. Most murders are committed by someone known to the victim. On television the murders are most likely to be reported are random acts. Childhood abuse=drug and crime abuse later on. Male are more likely to use violence if they were abused or witnessed to spousal abuse. Female show behavioural and adjustment problems if exposed to family violence.
