This could mean that this person more thoroughly enjoyed their life. Person who dies with all of his/her organs malfunctioning may mean full utilization of organic capital assets in pursuit of satisfaction. Dying with a perfect liver may mean not have many enjoyable drinks. Should treat bodily organs as you treat wealth: you can"t take it with you. Person should have a bank balance only if she/she wants to leave it to someone (an act which gives pleasure before death) At death your bodily organs should have been close to worn out!
